Ellen Vandervort

Ellen grew up in Carmel and Carmel Valley.  She and her husband Neil Vandervort have raised two son's, Craig and Ryan who both reside in Carmel Valley.  Growing up with a mother, Maggie Repenning who was avid in Real Estate, Ellen was encouraged to get her Real Estate license and acquired it in 2004.  Ellen has managed other agents offices as well as working as a transaction coordinator for 5 years during which time she worked for over 120 agents.  Working as a transaction coordinator has made Ellen very detail oriented in the paperwork.  During the difficult times in Real Estate Ellen worked on short sales as well as foreclosures.  A handy tool Ellen uses is Docusign.  It makes the process very easy for clients to sign documents without leaving their home.  Ellen's love for the area has helped her clients buy and sell properties in Carmel, Carmel Valley, Monterey and Salinas.  Ellen is dedicated to her clients happiness to get the deal closed.
